Refund policy

CANADA
Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. To receive a prepaid label please submit you return request via email at soltumatujewelry@gmail.com . Please allow 2-3 business days to review your request. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached in original packaging. If item is not in original condition, we may reject the return. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

Sõltumatu only offers store credit, no refunds. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed.

USA & WORLDWIDE

FINAL SALE.  We do not accept returns on any sales that are purchased and shipped outside of Canada. 

All Sale items are a FINAL SALE.
